We at Paragon love what we do. Paragon was founded in 1996 as an Evaluation, Measurement & Verification services provider and this expertise continues to be a core offering of our firm.

All of Paragon’s senior staff have worked at utilities before joining the company. We are engineers, scientists, analysts and utility professionals who enjoy the industry and the work we do. Part of the fun of being consultants is the variety of clients we work with and assignments we take on. It is our philosophy that if people love what they do, they do it well. The company is small enough to foster camaraderie and large enough to allow for personal growth.
